2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an account on the Platform:

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one registered account on the twinkaboo Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. twinkaboo is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. You agree to notify twinkaboo immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). twinkaboo may require you to complete identity verification procedures at any time, including but not limited to submission of a government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.
3.5 Account Currency. All accounts on the twinkaboo Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
4.1 Deposit Methods. twinkaboo accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard, subject to availability. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. twinkaboo does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals may be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. twinkaboo reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
4.4 Fees. twinkaboo does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which twinkaboo accepts no responsibility.
4.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. twinkaboo reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable law and will provide advance notice before doing so.
5.1 twinkaboo may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion-specific terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. twinkaboo reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or close accounts, where it reasonably suspects that a player is exploiting promotional offers, using automated software, or engaging in any form of bonus abuse.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. twinkaboo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
6.1 All games available on the twinkaboo Platform — including slots, live dealer table games, fishing arcade games, and bingo — are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
6.2 Random Number Generation. All non-live games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) to determine outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. twinkaboo does not manipulate game outcomes.
6.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, twinkaboo reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
6.4 twinkaboo reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds or on unavailable markets, and to correct any errors in game results or account balances.

7.2 twinkaboo cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Any suspected illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities, and associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation.
8.1 All content on the twinkaboo Platform — including but not limited to software, graphics, logos, game assets, text, and design elements — is the property of twinkaboo or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, twinkaboo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
9.2 twinkaboo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 twinkaboo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
10.1 twinkaboo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 twinkaboo implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and twinkaboo cannot guarantee absolute data security.
11.1 twinkaboo is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to set deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits through their account settings.
11.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to the Platform may request a self-exclusion period through the account settings or by contacting customer support. 12.1 twinkaboo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority.
12.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to twinkaboo, subject to completion of identity verification and satisfaction of any applicable regulatory requirements.
12.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
13.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
13.3 twinkaboo encourages players to contact customer support in the first instance to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, players may escalate the matter through the formal complaints procedure outlined on the Platform.
14.1 twinkaboo reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or account notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of such amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account.
